Ingredients
8 ounces semi sweet chocolate, melted
1/2 cup milk
2 cups whipping cream
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine hot melted chocolate with milk. Mix well. Allow the mixture to cool. Whip the cream until medium thick.
Gradually pour in the chocolate mixture. Whisk cream at medium-high speed until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
